cypher strength 0 bits on IE6 with XP SP2

Unable to open Secure web pages HTTPS on windows XP sp2 with IE6
I reapplyed the XP SP2, no success
I tryed :
Regsvr32 SOFTPUB.DLL
Regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
Regsvr32 Initpki.dll
Regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
Regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
Regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
Regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
Regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll
Regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
Regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll
No Success
I have installed the IE7, no success

Does anyone now how to fix the Cypher strenght back to 128bits, and all the
HTTPS web request work once more, with out to reinstall Windows XP

After more troubleshooting I have foud that the DSSENH.DLL was missing.
Copy the missing DLL from other computer the problem was solved.
