Change send account in Outlook

I have 4 email accounts that are forwarded to an antispam address. I collect all the email from the address and separate out the email accounts using rules and put them in separate folders. I have the 4 accounts set up so i can email out but only recieve on the extra spam account.

Problem: Once downloaded and placed into the correct folder if i reply to and email it always defaults to the spam account for sending rather than the original account.

What I would like to do is intercept either the incoming mail item and change the sendusingacount property to the original account

or

intercept the reply/reply to all event and change to from and reply to address (or sendusingaccount) properties. This could be based on current directory or original recipient

Any ideas? i have searched for hours with no real advancement
