autocomplete problem

Just started happening. When I double-click where I have passwords and form
info saved nothing appears in the box anymore.

I checked the autocomplete settings in internet options and nothing has
changed there. All the boxes are ticked.

When I go to a page and enter my password, the "do you want to remember
this, etc. box pops up and I click yes. When I go back to the same page and
double-click where my username and password is saved nothing appears. This
happens on all pages that I have saved usernames and passwords.

Any idea what is causing this?

Also I do not have the IE repeair in add/remove so I couldn't try that.

I found the problem. Somehow I had disabled the "Protected Storage"
service. Turning it back on resolved the problem.
