Updating from 98SE to 2000

Can I update from 98SE to 2000 by running my Windows 2000
CD without losing everything I have in 98SE applications.
I have 2000 Office Pro running on 98SE. I also need to
know if I will lose everything in my Outlook Express when
I update.

During updates you don't lose applications or documents (under normal
circumstances) so you should be fine.
