Periodically I need to update lookup lists in remote client
workbooks. I have a project where all the VLOOKUP lists and tables I
use for calculations and such are in a single hidden, passworded sheet
named LISTS in the templates workbooks my clients use at their site.
Currently I have to get their workbooks, unlock, update the sheet
locally and return their templates one at a time.
Any ideas of how to go about creating and sending them a update
routine or form with a button that would automatically replace their
existing password locked and hidden LISTS worksheet with a new one?
I had considered creating an UPDATE worksheet form I could email to
them with a button to run "run" code that would copy the new hidden
and locked LISTS worksheet from the UPDATE worksheet to their
template.
Looking for your ideas about the process or any links that might help
get met started correctly,
