unable to connect to MSN Chat room

I use IE 6.0 with antivirus program (wtih personal
firewall) installed. I could not connect to any chat room
The browser only got the response saying that "connecting
to server please wait..." and stay at this stage.

Anyone can help?

You need to configure your firewall to allow the action, this is the likely
culprit - you have not stated what firewall product you are running.

personal firewall. What I should do?
