repeat action in a templet of labels full page

I'v set up a templet page of the same label, but from time to time I will
have a different name on it. all I want to do is type the name once and hit a
command to repeat it on the whole page so I don't have to cut and paste the
whole thing.
Is there such a thing in word?

Yes.

Tools - Letters and Mailing - Envelopes and Labels - click on the labels
tab, type in the info, under options make sure you have the label size that
you want selected, click OK, click on New Document.
