Printing a Single address label from Outlook

How do I print a single address label from Outlook contacts? I am deciding
whether to put all of my paper address information into Outlook or something
else; however it has been frustrating trying to get Outlook (and Office for
that matter) to print out a single address label without having to cut and
paste. I am using:

Office Professional 2000
Brother P-touch 1500PC
2 GHz AMD PC

Have you looked at the Avery Word add-in for printing labels? It is free
and available here:
http://www.avery.com/us/Main?action=software.AverySoftwareDetail&catalogcode=WEB01&softwarecode=3201

Select your version for your Word program. It works very well.
