PhotoStory 3.1 Transitions/Effects on multiple photos

Is it possible to apply the same transitions/effects and customized motion to a
group of pictures in a story?

I don't see an "apply to all" function or any way to select all pictures when in
the above modes.

if you're a geek/hacker and want to tackle the editing of the xml file in
the story project.... you probably would already be doing it rather than
asking here. I'll assume you're not one and stand by my response....
