Movie maker for XP

I've a MS Windows XP HE V 5.1.2600 SP3 B2600. I removed the movie maker
application and now I would like to use it.

I can't download MovieMaker from MS site because it is available only when
the SP2 is downnloaded. The automatic update will not allow me to download
SP2 because I'm already running SP 3.

How can I get MM 2.1?
