I need some help...Control Panel Missing

I have been having a problem with one of the computers on my network....I had several viruses, spyware, malware etc.....I have run Webroot's spysweeper with antivirus....and have gotten most of the stuff off....but there are still stubborn one's that still remain.....I have also lost my Control Panel period...it is not anywhere....when I try to run control.exe, I get " This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact you system administrator."


I know that there are still problems....but having a hard time fixing them.....


If anyone could help, that would be great...

Ok, you do have some quite nasty things on your system - we can give it a go to try to clear them, but be aware in cases such as yours where you have obviously been hit quite badly, the best and only reliable option, and the quickest to be honest is do a complete OS re-install.


Now, where to start!!

I would also recommend getting rid of Norton and getting a decent AV such as NOD32 or Kaspersky
