DHTML was Unable To Load Correctly [No Voice Object]

Anytime my wife and son go to yahoo and try and load Chat 2.0 they get the
same error "DHTML was unable to load correctly". I have tried to help from
Yahoo, Dell Computer, and my ISP. All of them stay the same thing. It is not
an issue that they cover. I have gone through and downloaded all of the
update from microsoft. Yet I am still getting the error. I have even tried to
run the chat without my firewall.

Any suggestions.......
