Centrally Deploying a Windows Font

I need to install a font (TTF) file to all Windows XP PCs on my Windows 2003
network. documents . I cannot simply place a copy command in a logon
script, because copying a font file into the Windows\Fonts folder requires
local administrative privileges which my users do not have.

Is there a tool or a method that I can use to centrally deploy a font to all
PCs on my network.

I also need to place a short-cut file in the All Users\Desktop folder on all
PCs and I encounter the same issue - local admin privileges are required.

Any thoughts?

PSEXEC or startup scripts.. again.
