Windows XP Wmf Tools

Hello experts...

I required to parse wmf file .But as I don't have much wmf files.I downloaded few sample files from net and also converted few files using tool from jpg,gif,bmp files to wmf file type. But as I required rle compresed wmf file ,I require any tool which can convert image file in to (rle4 ,rle8,jpeg,png comressed) wmf file type or any such sample files.Please if anybody have any information,then help me.
