Windows Update Error

This is the error that I received when I try to update my
xp Pro using Windows Update. "Windows has encountered an
error and cannot display the requested page. Send error to
Microsoft (0x800A138F) Please help. Thanks.
 
Make sure your computer's clock is set to the correct
time, year, month, and date.
