Windows Mail

I think I have downloaded WLM but still cannot find where there is an
"unread" mail folder. I like to sort that way and cannot seem to find it.

Also, is there a grammar function to use with WLM

I too thought I downloaded WLM - I tried to send a message to "contact us" at
my local gas company but it could not be send - something about http-Windows
Mail. This is terrible. I read these post but where is MS tech support?
Who actually provides help?

Which program (Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail) are you using?
What type email account are you trying to use? (Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, etc.)

It isn't clear to me if you're trying to use Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail.
The latter is covered in a different newsgroup.
