web page size

My web pages are installing as small windows instead of
full pages and it's a real inconvenience to enlarge each
page individually. Is there a setting to make a web page
install as a full page?
 
Could be a simple solution.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
