Windows XP Viglen Omnino

Hi all. I am in need of help with a fresh install on a Viglen Omnino. The problem is that I can't get the PCI Bus to activate. The driver file that I downloaded is not an .exe file. It consists of four items under the title of PCMCIA. Could anybody please advise me where to install this item on the system. Thanking you for any help.
