"Unable to convert graphic. Continue with document conversion"

When receiving attachments with logo or photos (word or excel) I cannot open
them. I get the above message....

Then I get the message "file format may not be supported by any of the
installed convertors or the file may be corrupt". If I instruct not to
convert the doc opens but without photos or logos.

If I forward same email and attachment to another computer running windows
xp there is no problem opening the file.

Very frustrating...Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance :-D

Can you save the attachment without opening it? If not, can you at least
click on the paperclip and get the file names? What is the part of the file
names after the last period? You may be lacking the software needed
to open files of this type.

That usually indicates a Microsoft Word document. Do you have Microsoft
Word?
