Access Trucking broker Access database template?

Hello,
I am looking for a Trucking broker Access database template. A simple scheduler to add lanes (from one city to another) dates, times, load numbers, trailer numbers, status, etc., that can be accessed and edited by multiple users. Can anyone help me out, or point me in the right direction?
