Hi All,

I am using Excel 2003 and am wondering if there is a way to change the way
Excel displays time. For example, now it is based on 24 hours as opposed to
12 hours so when I put in 1:00 the cell sees it as 1:00AM. I will need to put
in 13:00 for the cell to show it as 1:00PM. If there is anyway to do this, I
would appreciate any helpful advice.

Thanks,
LaurenM

Hi,

Excel displays time either way, you just need to choose Format, Cells,
Number tab and Time.

To enter times so that you don't need to enter 13:00 for 1 PM, simply type 1
PM or 1:02 PM and so on.
