Start - Finding "My Computer'

After clicking START - then 'My Computer' the browser opens with a white
window and a small flashlight "searching" for 'My Computer. It sometimes
takes 3 to 5 minutes for 'My Computer' to open.
What is causing this and how do I fix it?

Are you install an anti-virus software in your computer?

And if this only happen when your computer power on?
