small text size

I was messing with Alt. shift, and Ctrl buttons with
highlighted text and now my text size is extremely small
and hard to read. How do I return my text size to normal
 
If you are in word, highlight the small text, right click, fonts, select
type size,

If you 've changed the default font, in word, format, font, default
