Upon trying to fix some email problems, I mistakenly completely deleted my
..pst file. No, it is not in my recycle bin, system restore does not work
because it is not a system problem, and I do not have a recent back-up. I
always hear how nothing is really gone in XP though, is there ANY way to get
my information (specifically my calendar) back? Any help is appreiated!

No, not Outlook wise. There might be some disk recovery tools that you could
try but if parts of the disk (deleted file) got written over already you're
out of luck.
