Hello all

How can I find out what all the progammes actually do that are running when
I bring up the list with CTRL ALT DEL.

There seems to be loads now running and wondered if anyone knew the best way
of determining what they are, what they do and how i can stop them loading
automatically at start if they are not important.

Everything seems to be slowing down

Thanks

Russell

Either unistall the program, look in its options and set it to not start at
startup, remove shortcuts from the startup folder, or use msconfig - startup
tab and uncheck what you don't want to startup.
