problems with printing sent items

Penny Properties, Inc.

When I print incoming messages, it includes the contact information, date,
subject, etc. When I print sent items, it just prints the body of the
e-mail. I've called HP and Microsoft, but no one is willing to help me
without paying a fee, but this computer is only a week old!

I believe I only need to change a setting somewhere. Can someone help?
 
There are known bugs with email printing. Some people have
obtained relief by turning off the Shrink To Fit option in Internet
Explorer's Print Preview.
