Outlook Outlook links open up blurry!

hey all, i have a user that gets product links in his outlook mail. when he opens the link, it becomes blurry on the pictures and the text runs together and is hard to read.

yet, when i copy and paste the link to his browser (IE6) the link comes up looking great. my question is, is there a way to adjust a setting in either Outlook or IE6 to make the links open in Outlook appear legible?

Thats a very strange problem indeed? Can you take a screenshot of it and post it here next time it happens?
