Nasty Bug?

Process MSXENOR running, which prevents msconfig and windows task manager
from running. Safe mode modification of startup configuration not successful
in preventing this from reinstalling itself when rebooting in normal
operation.

the first time I ran PestPatrol, it identified MSXENOR and indicated it
fixed. But no luck on reboot, and supplemental runs of pestpatrol and spybot
did not find it.

Did it identify to you what the process was (PestPatrol)?. So just to
claify PastPatrol removed it and it no longer appears in Task Manager or
does it still run even though is supposed to be gone??
