Windows XP mstsc problem after installing new messenger version

hi.
I installed the new messenger live version - 14.0.8089.726.
after I rebooted, I could not use rdp - mstsc.exe any from other pc to this one.

I see that this machine has sp3, while the other ones use sp2 and vista.
I am succeeding rdp in the local network but not from out of it.
What should I do.... I worked for years..... what had the messenegr put in my machine?
