Move presentation, lose color scheme

I've got a custom color scheme on my workstation.

If I move the presentation to another workstation, the color scheme doesn't
seem to go with it.

Operator error or PP 2007 problem?
 
PowerPoint 2007 works a little differently with colors -- the theme color
set that you apply to your presentation will move with the presentation,
other theme color sets are system specific rather than presentation
specific.

If I build a custom theme, will it move with the presentation along with the
custom colors?
