Modal dialog has wrong size

There is a problem with Modal Dialog (opened using showModalDialog). It is
being showed with wrong size, actually it is smaller than I expect. Problem
can be reproduced only on one computer (user's computer). But I had the same
problem earlier. Because problem can be reproduced only on one computer I
suppose that cause is some specific Internet Explorer/Windows options.



Computer configuration: WinXP, IE6, probably dual monitor system (not sure).

Is that window coded to open fixed or resizable? Here's a page to test how
that machine behaves:

Could it be the screen resolution on that machine is higher?

Windows coded to open fixed size. Will try this page. It is possible that
resolution is higher on that machine but how it can affect dialog size?
