looking for spreadsheet templates

Does anyone know a good source on the web for business spreadsheet templates
or examples?

I am specifically looking for examples of business spreadsheets that look at
a profit impact on comparing two different sources for purchasing goods, or
comparing outsourcing vs. making in house. (Make vs. buy)

Any help is appreciated
