HyperTerminal in Win XP

Are there any known issues with cutting and pasting into
a hyperterminal session?

I use hyperterminal to access routers and other network
equipment. When I make changes to configurations on these
devices,I often type the changes in text editor then
paste into hyperterminal. I have not had any issue with
doing this in Windows 2000 Professional.

Has anyone seen this issue?
 
Is there no one that has seen this issue. Your help will
be really appreciated.
