I need to take a sample of data from an Access database for a survey we are
conducting. Basically, I need to randomly select 3,660 records out of a
total of 22,986, or roughly one for every 6.28 records. Is there some easy
way to do this, or do I just need to go through and manually delete every
second through sixth records?
