Windows XP Firewall and Anti virus package

Can anyone recomend me a firewall and anti virus package thats good :D

Currently using AVast and its not working too well :(

Imhappy to pay up to about £30 for a good package, maybe a little more if one comes highly recomended.

Great package, can't go wrong.

But, you may aswell just use the Windows XP SP2 Firewall, and Norton AV 2004 Pro. Will do just the same job as the SP2 security centre has a popup block and an exceptions list. Not sure on prices but you may save a couple quid or so.
 
SP2 Doesnt work on my machine mate, it gets to the checking cd key part in the installation and hangs, its a 100% genuine copy and microsoft support have been useless :)

Got this today and its running fine, but i cant work out how to turn off ad blocking :( its messing with a few websites i visit, soi need to turn it off.
 
In IE, i don't know about other browsers, there should be something saying "Web assistant" click this, and disable "block ads on this site"
 
Look in 'settings' and un-tick ad blocking.

;)
