Windows XP extract e-mail addresses

Hi

I am very new to Outlook VBA and was wondering if it were possible to extract all e-mail adresses from an Outlook 2003 folder ( e.g. Training ) and put them in a new distribution list called Training.
If so, please could someone help me.
