EndNote add-on to Word (macro security settings)

I recently installed a program called End-Note that acts
as an add-on to Microsoft Word. However, when I try to
access the program in Word, I receive the message "The
macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of
your Macro security setting." I went into my macro
security settings and set them to a medium level which is
supposed to allow me to choose whether or not to run a
macro. I also tried to go into VisualBasic Script Editor
to write a digital signature. Nothing works, and the
program simply will not run in Word. What can I do?

Check to be sure you have appropriate permissions set in whatever
antivirus you're using. Otherwise, check with End-Note's tech support.
