Windows XP Complete removal of Pc_Cillin from hard drive

:wall: I've gotten to the point of needing assistance with trying to completely remove pc_cillin from my hard drive in order to load a new virus protection it's being detected even though I went into the regedit and found the files, for this I can't delete them from my hard drive, anyone know the solution to this problem?
