Can't download - digital sig prob

I keep getting this error message when trying to download from sites What is the problem ? The problem doesn't happen on dodgy sites I can't download from Adobe and good named sites like that. My security settings are on default medium high

All it means is there is no known digital signature for that site...Click ok, and don't worry..
