Windows XP Can't connect to one certain website - Help please!

Hi all!

Got a problem that I'm completely stumped by! I am unable to connect to www.scan.co.uk website and have been unable to do so for 4 days or so now. I haven't got this problem with any other website that I've tried and apparently there's no probs with Scans server so it must be a problem at my end, however I've got no clue where! Got the same problem whether using Firefox or IE, and my proxy is definitely switched off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just discovered that I can connect using my proxy. This obviously isn't ideal as it's extremely slow. Any ideas?

Additionally, when I ping the website I get the following...
