Cannot Log On After Changing Workgroup and Username

After changing workgroup and username, i cannot log on,
it asks me for a password. I've tried a blank password,
password, 123, 321,etc. Nothing seems to work. I can't
understand why it would set a password?
 
Try booting into Safe Mode and using System Restore to take you back to a
time before you made the change. Boot the system, start tapping F8, at the
menu, select Safe Mode and press enter. If you do not receive the option to
go immediately to System Restore when you enter Safe Mode, go to Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
