Application are disappearing in the taskbar

Hello! I have not changed settings or anything, but all the sudden,
everytime I want to minimize a webpage or an e-mail, the minimized
application is not showing up in the taskbar. I have done everything! I
have gone to control panel and changed the appearance so that it should not
hide my minimized applications and I've even restarted my computer, but it is
still not showing.

I really need to minimize and go back to things! Can someone please help me
