Windows Vista Add & Remove Programs in Vista

Just been given a new laptop!!!!:D
But how do i remove programs as i want to remove Norton AV.
Thank you to anyone who helps.

Now i can add all the goodies that came with my new laptop.
Some i will remove, some will stay & may even get a few games!!
