Windows XP 11th hour game problems

Help me please anyone i have got 11th hour the game and i can go around the house but when i click on the puzzles the game exits and ends the whole game and sends me back to my main desktop window. Help please.

11th Hour crashing

I've got the exact same problem. I'm running it on Window 2000. Not sure what to do. Did you fix yours? Anyone have any suggestions?
