100% CPU Usage

My computer has been running slowly...and I just found out that Ive been running at 100% CPU Usage...despite only having 3 or 4 actual programs running...Now obviously other processes are going on...what should I do to fix this problem and what processes am I allowed to turn off without ruining my machine?
 
First of all download a spyware removal program to see if its SPYWARE running in the background. It takes 5 minutes to download and install and can save you hours of unneccessary head aches. Go to www.lavasoft.de and download the
Ad-Aware 6.0 free program. Run the program and see how many spyware,stealware,malware,adware, and drivebys are hidden and running on your computer without you knowing. Also empty your temp. files that helps some.
