My brother's laptop stopped working and I was forced to reformat the HD -
and lost the recovery software as a result.
I've managed to locate most drivers for the machine but not the video
driver. And the power saving options have been lost (for example, it doesn't
go into standby mode when I lower the lid - this option is not available).
Does anyone have any idea where I might find software to drive the video and
the power management for this machine? I don't know the precise model but
it's a Multivision Athlon 2500+ laptop with 60Gb HD, 512Mb RAM and the model
no. on the rear states N251C1.
BTW the manufacturer (Multivision) has went bust - so no website.
