XP SP2

I downloaded and installed SP2 and had terrible problems with getting to some
sites. My connection was bad. I contacted my ISP and everything was Ok. I
contacted Microsoft and they got me to change a setting but all that did was
look like it was Ok when it wasn't. I uninstalled SP2 and everything went
back to working normal. I can surf with no problem. Has anyone had this
problem and if so how was it fixed.

Internet explorer or Kazaa. I can not even get into the control panel to go
back to a restore point. I also tried un-installing SP2 and can't
un-install. Can anyone help?

Since you can't un-install.
Try uninstalling Kazaa. This is a spyware program.
Spybot s&d and adaware may be able to remove this.

Same problem last night. Can't run Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer and
a number of other apps.
