XP SP2 keeps asking to Register

I have a system that after installing SP2 I keep getting the message that
Windows XP has expired and needs to be registered. This happens every time I
reboot. I can't find anything in the knowledge base concerning this. It is
getting annoying.

Do You concerning problem with registering Windows XP at every reboot?
If yes, please, say about it.

Change Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current
Version\WPAEvents , OOBETimer,(Change one digit)

start/run, type : "%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a" , and activate.
