XP Pro slow browsing some folders on Domain

Hello,

I am having trouble with Windows XP Pro SP1. The problem occurs when I try
to browse certain folders in our Windows Domain. The Domain Controllers are
all Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 systems.

Microsoft seems to have a hot fix for this problem referenced in KB Article
834350. I can not seem to find how to get this from Microsoft. Do I really
have to pay for a support email or phone call just to get a hot fix?

The hotfix is only available by contacting Microsoft Support.
If you specically mention KB834350, you'll not be charged.
