XP Dial Up Networking disappeared

I reinstalled XP Pro on my notebook and after reinstall my
Dial Up Networking is gone. Error messages tell me Dial Up
Networking is not installed when I try to set up
connection in email & message says to reinstall it. When
I go to Add programs XP to reinstall it is not on the list.

Any ideas how I reinstall the Dial Up Networking?
